Prabhakar Pendharkar (1933–2010) was a Marathi writer. He was the son of Bhalji Pendharkar, a cinema personality and director. Worked in the film industry with his father. He obtained employment at V. Shantaram's Rajkamal studio. He began his career as a writer with the magazine Deepavali. Arey Sansar Sansar, Rarang Dhang, and Chakrivadal are among his books. His long story "Pratiksha" got an award. Prabhakar Pendharkar was credited in movies including Toofan Aur Deeya (1956) as Assistant Director.
